As Kerala now ready to prepares for it’s upcoming budget Finance minister have a second thought to do something for civilians before the election heat near up. Amidst the financial crisis rocking the state one by one the Finance minister now a days went through a mental agony .
February 7 is the date fixed on for Finance budget . But Balagopal, Finance minister is not ready to come out from mental agony which haunting plans introduced for people never go much of . He has a insinuation with in to do good for Keralites capping Finance minister port folio.
As facing strong mental agony, he has followed a deep long fear to lose minister cap at any time . Now he is on Plague to lose his minister ship if LDF government take a stand against him to take up a strong decision to leave him out and give a chance to another member from LDF camp.
When he takes up the ministry cap of Finance he has a long expectation to do more financial plans for people well being , but the failure to conduct financial programs properly and facing financial struggles now he went on to step back from the plans declared last budget .
More over fail to conduct Plan B to over come the financial crisis is the main reason to believe his sinsister capacity is not a cross breed of better and worst . From this Keralites recognized his strength what we call for is not there to draw a line straight. Not more Keralites realize the in calculation of steps taken up by Finance Minister.
Many schemes where announced with the goal of seeking Central assistance more than allocated for the state is his first dead luck as we can say when the budget is going to introduce before short days . As fiscal year enters it’s final quarter the state faces a good financial crunch more than last year . The coalition of non BJP rules states to pressure up to center also failed to get significant results make him fright to skip away his cap as Finance minister.
