The 54 th Film awards was announced on Friday Thiruvananthapuram, Prithviraj Starrer Aadujeevitham bagged the award winning in total of eight categories including best Actor , best Director and best Popular film.
This is the third win of Prithviraj in this category. The very first time he received the award for the movie Vaasthavam. The movie was based on the theme of Malayali Foreign Diaspora who got stuck with gulf deserts and went through the struggles of slavery. The most controversial statement reached a dead end was the composer A R Rahman for Aadu jeevitham was not in the name list of Best composer category.
The greatest emotional struggle expressed by the auteur of the movie was that the song composer and Academy award winning composer A R Rahman not winning an award in music category. The songs he composed for the movie got fair attention from the movie goers and the album was best selling in the mallu Industry after a long time .
The song Periyone Rahmane was a greatest hit of all time and core success of the movie . After the announcement came out he said with a haunting emotional struggle why A R Rahman was not in the big ticket names of nominations. How can a person like me accept this award when a person of high profile was did reputable. This is politely a scratching stupidity.
